Christmas bookings:       

From 21th Dec 12. Seven night minimum booking period. Deposit of $100 at time of booking and balance payable by 31st Oct 12.    

Booking cancelled deposit forfeited if no balance arrives.  

An administration fee of $20 applies to all cancellations.

Easter Bookings:     

29th Mar to 1st Apr 2013. Four night minimum booking Period.

Deposit of $100 at time of booking and balance payable

by 28th Feb 2013.

Booking cancelled deposit forfeited if no balance arrives.  

An administration fee of $20 applies to all cancellations.

NO REFUNDS AFTER 15th MARCH 2012 - NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

REGULAR SEASON: Each booking requires a full 7 days notice of cancellation for a refund. A $20 cancellation fee applies to each reserved unit/site that is cancelled. HOLIDAY/PEAK SEASONS: Each booking requires a full 30 days notice of cancellation for a refund, (less cancellation fee of $20.00). Less than 30 days, no refund of deposit. If balance of payment has been made a refund may only be applicable if the site can be rebooked for the same period or part thereof. NO REFUNDS for reason of weather, sickness, or if you shorten

your stay on or after your arrival. No refund for guests not arriving on expected date. Refunds will be by cheque only at end of calendar month.

(On-site cabins and vans are for permanent occupation only) All bookings require a deposit to be confirmed.

Balance of tariff payable on arrival except Christmas and Easter balance is payable one month prior.   

A fee of $2 per night or $10 per week for Caravans/Motorhomes fitted with an Air-conditioner.  

Cars: Site Fees allow one caravan or motorhome or tent per site, plus one car. Extra vehicle $3 per day provided second vehicle can fit on site. Maximum number of cars per site is two. Checkout time for a 2nd car and overnight visitors is10am.
